Scout

Terms & conditions

Effective date: 27 October 2026.

Your agreement with the seller

Scout is provided by Giovanni Leonetti Software-Consulting. You contract with Giovanni Leonetti Software-Consulting for use of the service, subject to Paddle's role as reseller for orders. By using Scout, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter a contract, or have the authority to act for your organization.

The service and your account

Scout provides AI-assisted job searches, CV advice, saved reviews and personal job tracking. Maintain accurate account information, protect your credentials and take responsibility for account activity. A subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Scout, not ownership of its software.

Pricing, renewal and cancellation

Full app access costs €10 per month, billed monthly and renewed automatically until canceled. Applicable tax treatment and the final total are shown at checkout. There are no upgrade or downgrade plans. Cancel through Subscription in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with access continuing until then. Cancellation stops future renewals and is separate from a refund request.

Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Acceptable use

Use Scout only for lawful career-related purposes. Do not use the service for fraud, spam, illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized scraping or security interference, including probing or bypassing access controls. Do not jailbreak AI safeguards, resell access or circumvent technical restrictions.

You are responsible for your prompts, having the rights and permissions to upload CVs or other content, and your use of outputs. Do not upload another person's CV without authorization or use outputs to misrepresent experience or qualifications.

AI accuracy and responsibility

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. Independently verify job availability, employer details, claims and CV recommendations before relying on them. Scout does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes or ATS scores, and is not a substitute for regulated legal, financial or other professional advice without qualified oversight.

Intellectual property and user content

Giovanni Leonetti Software-Consulting retains ownership of Scout's software, documentation and branding. You retain your rights in uploaded content and grant us a limited permission to process and host it solely to provide, secure and administer Scout. To the extent allowed by law and applicable provider terms, you may use generated reports and suggestions; we do not promise that AI output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights.

Rights holders may send an infringement or takedown complaint to Giovanni Leonetti Software-Consulting, identifying the content, the rights involved and evidence of ownership. We may remove or restrict disputed content, refuse or filter outputs and suspend accounts; repeated or serious infringement may lead to termination.

Availability, suspension and termination

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Data handling after access ends is described in our Privacy Notice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
